History
Since growing up in Eastern Ontario, I have been curious why people think the things they do, and how that affects their actions, satisfaction & outcomes.
Originally studying philosophy at University, I switched to psychology, graduating in 1986 with a Ph. D. in Personality Assessment & Measurement from the University of Western Ontario.
Over time, in my earlier career(s), I cut my teeth in manufacturing, service & retail, academic, healthcare, small business, corporate & consulting contexts.
I finally pitched my tent as an independent organizational psychologist, specializing in assessment & coaching.
Since 1993, I have offered well-crafted, high-quality, business relevant services, emphasizing practical counsel & pertinent insights, moving clients toward their goals.
